ePrep For SAT – Premium Edition

300 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT score will increase by 300 points or more, when you use the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score) – (Baseline SAT Composite Score) = Your SAT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your highest “actual, offline, College-Board administered” SAT (an “actual SAT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT.  If you purchase the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT before you have taken an actual SAT, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT, without regard to the Test 1 essay.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual SAT that you properly complete after you have completed the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual SAT is taken within one week of completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT.

If “Your SAT Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 300 points, you will be given free access to a new Premium Edition of ePrep for the SATfor an eight month period at no charge.  Please note that this is not a money-back guarantee.

For the 300-Point Increase Guarantee to apply, you must:

• Have a Baseline SAT Composite Score that is lower than 1900;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test section included in the Premium Edition ofePrep for the SAT;
• Complete the essay section for each of the eight tests;
• Submit your Test 4 and Test 8 essays for hand-grading;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section;
• Submit the score report of an actual SAT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the first actual SAT that you take within one week of completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT in its entirety
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual SAT after completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

ePrep for SAT – Standard Edition

200 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT score will increase by 200 points or more, when you use the Standard Edition of ePrep for the SAT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score) – (Baseline SAT Composite Score) = Your SAT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual SAT that you properly complete after you have completed the Standard Edition of ePrep for the SAT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual SAT is taken within one week of completing the Standard Edition of ePrep for the SAT.

For the 200-Point Increase Guarantee to apply, you must:

• Have a Baseline SAT Composite Score that is lower than 2000;

250 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT score will increase by 250 points or more, when you use the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the SAT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score) – (Baseline SAT Composite Score) = Your SAT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your highest “actual, offline, College-Board administered” SAT (an “actual SAT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the SAT.  If you purchase the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the SAT before you have taken an actual SAT, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the SAT, without regard to the Test 1 essay.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score you receive on the SAT that is administered on the day for which the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the SAT was designed and marketed.

If “Your SAT Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 250 points, you will be given free access to Tests 1-8 of the Premium Edition of ePrep for the SAT for a six month period at no charge.  Please note that this is not a money-back guarantee.

For the 250-Point Increase Guarantee to apply, you must:

• Have a Baseline SAT Composite Score that is lower than 2000;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test section included in the Scholar Edition ofePrep for the SAT;
• Complete the essay section for each of the two tests;

ePrep guarantees that your composite SAT score will increase by 150 points or more, when you use the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score) – (Baseline SAT Composite Score) = Your SAT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your highest “actual, offline, College-Board administered” SAT (an “actual SAT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT.  If you purchase the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT before you have taken an actual SAT, your “Baseline SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT, without regard to the Test 1 essay.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score you receive on the actual SAT that is administered on the day for which the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT was designed and marketed.

If “Your SAT Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 150 points, you will be given free access to Tests 3 and 4 of the Standard Edition ofePrep for the SAT for a two month period at no charge.  Please note that this is not a money-back guarantee.

For the 150-Point Increase Guarantee to apply, you must:

• Have a Baseline SAT Composite Score that is lower than 1900;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test section included in the Express Edition ofePrep for the SAT in accordance with the course schedule;
• Complete the essay section for each of the two tests;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section;
• Submit the score report of an actual SAT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the actual SAT that you take on the test date for which the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT was designed and marketed
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take the actual SAT for which the Express Edition of ePrep for the SAT was designed and marketed; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

ePrep for SAT Subject Tests – Math Level 1

100 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your SAT Subject Test – Mathematics Level 1 score will increase by 100 points or more, when you use ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep Score) – (Baseline Score) = Your Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline Score” will equal the score of your highest “actual, offline, College-Board administered” SAT Mathematics Level 1 Subject Test (an “actual SAT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program.  If you purchase ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program before you have taken an actual SAT, your “Baseline Score” will equal the score of Test 1 of ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep Score” will equal the score you receive on the first actual SAT that you properly complete after you have completed ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual SAT is taken within one week of completing ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program.

If “Your Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 100 points, you will be given free access to a new ePrep Math Level 1 study program user account for an eight month period at no charge.  Please note that this is not a money-back guarantee.

For the 100-Point Increase Guarantee to apply, you must:

• Have a Baseline Score that is lower than 650;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test in whole or in part;
• Submit the score report of an actual SAT that was taken prior to your purchase of ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the actual SAT that you take within one week of completing ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual SAT after completing ePrep’s Math Level 1 study program; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

ePrep for SAT Subject Tests – Math Level 2

100 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your SAT Subject Test – Mathematics Level 2 score will increase by 100 points or more, when you use ePrep’s Math Level 2 study program as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your best “actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered” ACT (an “actual ACT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT.  If you purchase the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

• Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 28;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT;
• Complete Test 1 in its entirety before completing any other practice test section;
• Submit the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT; and

ePrep for ACT – Scholar Edition

3 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 3 points or more, when you use the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your best “actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered” ACT (an “actual ACT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT.  If you purchase the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of Test 1 of the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Scholar Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

If “Your ACT Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 3 points, you will be entitled to retake the Premium Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

• Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.

ePrep for ACT – Express Edition

1 Point Guarantee

ePrep guarantees that your composite ACT score will go up by 1 point or more, when you use the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT as directed.  Your score increase will be calculated as follows:

(Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score) – (Baseline ACT Composite Score) = Your ACT Score Increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your best “actual, offline, ACT-Corporation administered” ACT (an “actual ACT”) that was taken before the date on which you purchased the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT.  If you purchase the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT before you have taken an actual ACT, your “Baseline ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of your ePrep for the ACT Express Edition test (Test 1).

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-ePrep ACT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual ACT that you properly complete after you have completed the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual ACT is taken within one week of completing the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

If “Your ACT Score Increase” is not greater than or equal to 1 point, you will be entitled to take the Basic Edition of ePrep for the ACT.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the 1-Point Increase Guarantee will only apply if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Have a Baseline ACT Composite Score that is lower than 28;
• Complete the ePrep Learning Cycle (test-grade-review) for each multiple-choice practice test included in the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT;
• Submit the score report of an actual ACT that was taken prior to your purchase of the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the first actual ACT that you take after completing the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT in its entirety;
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of the date on which you take your first actual ACT after completing the Express Edition of ePrep for the ACT; and
• Submit all supporting documentation to ePrep at the time you claim your right to the guarantee.
