Law of Governance State of Texas

This policy and your use of collegeselectionstrategy.com are governed by Texas state law.

Should a dispute arise we first agree to resolve the matter through mediation where we agree upon a mediator in the state of Texas, Tarrant County. Cost and fees associated with such mediation shall be shared equally by both of us.

Should mediation fail, we agree to resolve the dispute in binding arbitration at the following location:  Keller, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and any judgment thereby awarded may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.
