In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of purchase, “We” will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us by email at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund.
ePrep Test Prep Courses
We cannot offer ANY REFUND on ePrep Practice Test Software licenses because we purchase these from ePrep, we send you the key to open the software. ePrep will not give us credit back should someone want to cancel therefore it is impractical from a business standpoint to offer a refund period because we cannot reset the license and offer it to someone else.

Refund Policy – No Hassle Approach
You do not have to have a reason; merely an email request for refund is adequate within the 30 days from date of purchase. You will be sent certified funds for the full purchase price (no return fees) within 10 business days of receipt of your request via priority mail United States Postal Service or electronic funds transfer through PayPal.
